Client’s Online Portal

Clients Online Portal: 

What is our client’s involvement through our online Buildertrend Portal? 

The client receives a welcome email from Bruckelmyer Brothers Construction.  The email will have their login and temporary password, along with our Bruckelmyer Brothers website address.   

To begin the client will visit our website, scroll to the bottom of the home page, link to the “client login”, and log in.  

Once the client logs in they can change their password if they would like.  

 

The client would now be on their home project! 

The main (home) page will show an overview of their unique project: 

It will have our contact information, their Project Manager and contact information. 

It gives the client their pricing, pictures of their project, and recent photos as they are uploaded throughout their project.  

The client will see “What’s Happening – This allows the client to view quick links: To-Do’s, Unread Documents, Messages, Pending Change Orders, Upcoming Selections, Warranty Items, Surveys, Invoices, and Recent Daily Logs. 

The client will also have the option to Pay Online”, which is also found here on the client portal.  

The “Timeline” shows the client their schedule of what is going on daily with their project and allows them to see what is taking place day to day. 

The “Comments” allows the client to have communication with our staff about their project daily 

At the top of the client page they are provided with the ability to access the below quick links: 

  • Summary—This will take the client to the summary/home page. 
  • To-Do’s—This will take the client to the list of anything that may need to be completed.  
  • Schedule—This gives the client a calendar view for the timeline of your project.  
  • Daily Logs—This provides our client communication daily of what is being worked on.  
  • Documents— This is where the documents are stored for the client’s review.  
  • Videos—Where they can see any uploaded videos.   
  • Photos—Where all the client’s home photos are stored: Design, daily logs, 3d, photos added by you. 
  • Messages—This is where the client can view all the discussion/communication on your project.  
  • Comments—This is the communication tool used by the selection coordinator.   
  • Change Orders— This is where the client can review any changes that they requested, approved, and pay online.  Tracked separately from the invoices.  
  • Selections— This is where the client can view the specific selections for their home (i.e. faucet, flooring, cabinets). 
  • Warranty— This is where the client can enter a claim if one should arise after the completion of your project.  
  • Survey— This is where the client can go to provide feedback on how well we met their needs! 
  • Invoices— This is where all your invoices are stored for the client’s review.  
  • Estimate— This is where the client’s project estimate/scope of work is viewable.  

Our client’s view is valuable, and for them to be able to share ideas, concerns, and questions that arise is vital!
