I focus on sales and lead the leadership team at Bruckelmyer Brothers, tackling challenges as they arise to keep everything running smoothly. I’m passionate about optimizing processes and systems to create exceptional experiences for both our employees and clients. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and grandkids. I’m also an avid outdoorsman, and you’ll often find me hunting, fishing, or camping.

My day involves managing client budgets with care, performing cost analysis, overseeing financial reporting, and leading the design team. I was born in St. Paul but have lived in the Duluth area for most of my life. In my free time, I enjoy fishing, camping, snowboarding, and disc golf. I also got married in September of 2024. What I love most about my job is the enjoyable work atmosphere, from the people I work with to the clients we serve. I appreciate the balance between creativity and strategy in my daily tasks, especially when it comes to helping clients feel confident and secure about their budget and financial plans.

My day involves planning, scheduling, ordering, coordinating, and following up with clients, subcontractors, and employees, as well as managing communication and driving to job sites. I grew up in southwest Wisconsin and moved to Duluth for college at UMD, drawn to the city’s location between the lake and the hills. I love being outdoors, whether I’m camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, or snowmobiling. Outside of work, I stay active as a treasurer for my church, a captain at Clifton Volunteer Fire Department, and a member of Duluth Township’s planning and zoning commission. What I enjoy most about my job is the communication with clients and turning their vision into a reality, whether it’s a new build, remodel, or repair. Seeing their satisfaction is incredibly rewarding, and I also love focusing on the finer details to ensure our finished work continues to stand out in the industry.

My day involves overseeing daily operations with the project managers, staying on top of our financials, and prepping for upcoming client meetings and sales calls. I roll new jobs into operations when they’re sold and make it a point to visit with employees as much as possible. I’ve been in the home-building trade since I was about 14 years old. Outside of work, I love to hunt, camp, and hike. I’m also married with four children. What I enjoy most about my job is that every day is different, which keeps me engaged and energized by the constant change.

My days revolve around providing clear communication to clients about job updates, making sure materials are on-site when needed, and lining up subcontractors. I also handle emergencies as they arise. Originally from Duluth, I’m passionate about outdoor activities like shooting, hunting, camping, and hiking, and I love snowmobiling in the winter. I also make syrup and apple cider, enjoy picking agates, and yes, I’ve even had my hand in prairie dog hunting. What I enjoy most about my role is the variety, seeing the transformation of projects unfold, and the reward of having happy clients.

I use Revit software to design 3D models of houses. I take info gathered from clients and tailor their home design until it’s a perfect fit. I’m a small-town girl living in Two Harbors, MN. When I’m not working, you can find me hiking trails with my dogs, frequenting coffee shops with my family, or blowing things up. I’m a pyrotechnician on the side. I help translate dreams into happy homes. That makes people happy. I like happy people.

As the manager of the cabinet and millwork shop, I oversee day-to-day operations and am responsible for drawing all of our custom cabinets and timber beams. I spend a lot of my time problem-solving and answering any questions that come up in the millwork process. Originally from Wyoming, my passion for woodworking began in high school woodshop classes, and it has only grown over the years. Outside of work, my wife and five children are the most important part of my life. What I love most about my job is the collaborative culture and working with a team that brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to every project.

I start each day by reviewing production schedules to set priorities and ensure a smooth workflow. One of my key responsibilities is quality control, checking finished products for craftsmanship and finish. By working closely with the team and communicating our processes, we make sure every product meets and exceeds client expectations. Originally from Milwaukee, I spent 10 years in Colorado before moving to Duluth. I love traveling and recently went to Japan to downhill ski. Sports keep me energized, and if I wasn’t a carpenter, I’d probably be sharing my passion for numbers as a math teacher. What I love most about my job is that we specialize in custom cabinetry, where every project is unique. The challenge of creating custom furniture that stands out is exciting, and I find the most rewarding part is constantly learning, refining my carpentry skills, and helping others do the same.

I’m always on the lookout for new design ideas to incorporate into my clients’ homes, whether I find them online or at local showrooms. My design presentations help bring the architectural plans to life and give clients a clear vision of their dream home. I love building long-term relationships, getting to know my clients’ styles and lifestyles so I can create a home that’s truly tailored to them. I also never miss a chance to meet their pets!

My day revolves around managing vendor payments, organizing events, handling payroll, and overseeing marketing initiatives. Born in Washington State, I moved to Duluth, where I now live with my wife and four kids. I love traveling to warm places in the winter, and when I’m home, you’ll find me ice fishing or playing pickleball. What excites me most is creating testimonial videos with happy clients and seeing the impact of our marketing efforts. It’s a joy to see clients loving their new spaces and the people who made it happen.

We establish long-term relationships with our clients centered around trust and service.
