Description: Designed by Sala Architects, this one of a kind family home is nestles in the woods, on the North Shore of Lake Superior. Taking advantage of the awesome views, the design has mostly window walls facing the lake. With its natural stone "real" wood burning fireplace, stone veneer, western cedar lap siding inside, and out this home fits the landscape perfectly. The lower level features a media room, exercise room, sauna, play/game room and guest bedroom. Main floor living area with custom wood work, beamed stairways, and beautiful stone fireplace. The dining area with a breakfast bar off of the kitchen and an overlook from the third level, gives this room a great deal of interest. The Kitchen will include a large center island, beautiful custom cabinetry, access to a large attached exterior deck & living area and an awsome view of the lake. A large mud room/laundry, off of the generous 2+ car garage, lends a place for the kids and pets to enter & exit. The upper level of this home contains the impressive master suite with an exterior balcony overlooking the lake. East Duluth Project

Description: This enchanting home is being built in an established Duluth neighborhood near Lake Superior. It's steep hipped roof, natural stone, and balconies bring out the charm of country french architecture. Inside are barrel vaults, wood beams & millwork that accentuate the home's elegance. For peace of mind, the home is designed for wheelchair accessibility including a three story elevator. Guests enter through a formal entryway into the great room that's open to the dining area with 11' ceilings, built-in bookshelves, and gas fireplace with a marble mantle. The living room, for relaxation, has a wood burning stone fireplace with adjacent built-ins and french doors leading out to the back patio.The kitchen accomodates twin Sub-Zeros, a 36" gas range and large walk-in pantry. It also features a versatile island, wine storage and a butler's pantry. All the cabinetry is custom made and complimented with granite countertops. From the gallery, french doors open into a spacious master suite. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and its own gas fireplace with a sandstone mantel. The master bath has a walk-in shower, his & her vanities, and a jetted spa tub. Additionally, there are two guest bedrooms each with a private bath, a 3 car garage, large study, sauna and a steam shower.

Getchell Project

Description:    This sprawling rambler is set back in the woods Hermantown. Designed by De'lea Design, this incredible home is nestled into the landscape, yet has plenty of room for a growing family! The main level provides a three car attached garage and mudroom with built in lockers. Next to the mudroom is a large kitchen with a large walk-in pantry and a breakfast area. This home will have our custom cabinetry throughout! Also, it will feature the lastest in efficient, energy saving fixtures and appliances. On the main floor there is a large vaulted living room, a vaulted formal dining room, three bedrooms and a large vaulted master suite. An open hardwood stairway descends to the lower level. The walkout lower level will provide a family room, guest quarters, an office and a large storage area. The Geothermal heating and cooling system is today's most economical indoor comfort available.

Description:    This incredible home with its timber framed front porch and exposed timber truss system in the great room, will no doubt suit the growing family for many years to come! The main floor has a three car garage with a bonus room above. A mudroom with built in bench and cubbies makes a perfect entry for a family. The mudroom takes you into a gathering room and an open kitchen with custom cabinetry, dining area and an amazing vaulted great room with a wood burning fireplace. A powder room and an office also have access from the gathering room. Going upstairs you will enter into a gathering area that is surrounded by two bedrooms, a large main bath, a large master suite and access to the above garage bonus room. The walkout basement will have a gathering room, a guest room with a walk-in closet, large main bath, exercise room, rec./game room with a gas fireplace and a utility room.
